Sur l'adresse, en anglais, le numéro se place avant le nom de la rue : 12 Baker Street. Et l'on colle un timbre (a stamp).

Clara : I'm writing a postcard to my grandma. How do I start?
J'écris une carte postale à ma grand-mère. Comment je commence ?
Ben : Start with « Dear Grandma ». Then say where you are and what the weather is like.
Commence par « Dear Grandma ». Ensuite, dis où tu es et le temps qu'il fait.
Clara : OK. And then I write what we did yesterday?
D'accord. Et ensuite j'écris ce qu'on a fait hier ?
Ben : Yes, in the past. And finish with « Wish you were here! Love, Clara ». Don't forget the stamp!
Oui, au passé. Et termine par « Wish you were here! Love, Clara ». N'oublie pas le timbre !
