Very : très

Very renforce un adjectif ou un adverbe, sans idée de problème.

This film is very good.
Ce film est très bon.

Too : trop (il y a un problème)

Too se place devant l'adjectif ou l'adverbe. Il indique un excès.

This coffee is too hot. I can't drink it.
Ce café est trop chaud. Je ne peux pas le boire.
You drive too fast!
Tu conduis trop vite !

Devant un nom : too much (indénombrable) et too many (pluriel).

There is too much sugar and too many people.
Il y a trop de sucre et trop de monde.

Enough : assez

Enough se place après un adjectif ou un adverbe, mais avant un nom.

She isn't old enough. (adjectif + enough)
Elle n'est pas assez âgée.
We haven't got enough money. (enough + nom)
Nous n'avons pas assez d'argent.

Attention : very n'a jamais le sens de « trop ». The shoes are very expensive (elles sont très chères) ≠ too expensive (trop chères : je ne peux pas les acheter).
