The north pole and the south polele pôle nord et le pôle sud
It sticks to the magnet!Ça colle à l'aimant !
Opposite poles attract.Les pôles opposés s'attirent.
Is it magnetic?

Teacher : Let's test these objects. Which ones are magnetic?
Testons ces objets. Lesquels sont magnétiques ?
Ella : The paper clip sticks to the magnet! It's magnetic.
Le trombone colle à l'aimant ! Il est magnétique.
Ben : The pencil doesn't stick. Wood isn't magnetic.
Le crayon ne colle pas. Le bois n'est pas magnétique.
Ella : What about this coin?
Et cette pièce ?
Teacher : Try it! Now put two magnets together. What happens?
Essaie ! Maintenant, mettez deux aimants ensemble. Que se passe-t-il ?
Ben : They push each other away! Two north poles repel!
Ils se repoussent ! Deux pôles nord se repoussent !
