L'IA générative sait déjà rédiger, traduire, coder ou analyser des images. Certains métiers vont disparaître, d'autres se transformer, et de nouveaux apparaître, comme lors des révolutions industrielles précédentes. Les compétences les plus difficiles à automatiser : créativité, esprit critique, empathie, travail manuel complexe. Grammaire : futur antérieur (will have + participe passé) pour ce qui sera accompli à une date future, et will be + -ing pour une action en cours dans le futur.

Mise en situation : le débat

Teacher : Will AI destroy more jobs than it creates?
L'IA détruira-t-elle plus d'emplois qu'elle n'en crée ?
Jade : I'm worried. By the time we graduate, AI will have replaced many office jobs: translators, customer service, even some lawyers.
Je suis inquiète. Le temps qu'on obtienne notre diplôme, l'IA aura remplacé beaucoup d'emplois de bureau : traducteurs, service client, même certains avocats.
Hugo : But history shows that technology also creates jobs. Nobody was a web developer in 1990!
Mais l'histoire montre que la technologie crée aussi des emplois. Personne n'était développeur web en 1990 !
Jade : True, but will the people who lose their jobs be able to reskill quickly?
C'est vrai, mais les gens qui perdent leur emploi pourront-ils se reconvertir rapidement ?
Hugo : That's the real challenge. Governments will have to invest in training.
C'est le vrai défi. Les gouvernements devront investir dans la formation.
