Who owns the image: the user, the company or nobody?À qui appartient l'image : à l'utilisateur, à l'entreprise ou à personne ?
Can a machine be creative?

Passif : was trained on, is protected by, should be paid.

Mise en situation : le débat

Teacher : This image won an art competition, but it was generated by AI. Is it art?
Lina : I don't think so. The person only typed a prompt. The machine did all the work.
Je ne pense pas. La personne a seulement tapé une consigne. La machine a fait tout le travail.
Hugo : But photographers just press a button, and photography is art.
Lina : The real problem is that the AI was trained on millions of images without the artists' consent.
Teacher : So should artists be paid when their work is used?
Hugo : Yes, I think they should be asked and paid. Otherwise, it's a kind of theft.
