to procrastinate / to put offprocrastiner / remettre à plus tard
I keep putting off my homework.
The deadline is on Friday.La date limite est vendredi.
Break the task into small steps.Découpe la tâche en petites étapes.
Put your phone in another room.Mets ton téléphone dans une autre pièce.
It's time I started revising.

Liam : Why not?

Liam : Try this: put your phone in another room and work for twenty-five minutes. Then take a short break.
Zoe : But the essay is so long!
Mais la dissertation est tellement longue !
Liam : Break it into small steps. Today, just write the plan. It's time you started!
