I'm meeting Tom tomorrow at 5. / We're flying to Rome on Saturday.
Je vois Tom demain à 17 h. / Nous prenons l'avion pour Rome samedi.

Les différentes formes du futur

FormeEmploiExemple
présent continuprojet organisé (rendez-vous, billet acheté)I'm seeing the dentist on Monday.
be going tointention, décision déjà priseI'm going to learn the guitar.
willdécision immédiate, prédiction, promesseIt's cold. I'll close the window.
présent simplehoraires, programmes officielsThe train leaves at 8.15.

Question typique : What are you doing this weekend? (Qu'est-ce que tu fais ce week-end ?)

Mise en situation : organiser le week-end

Kate : What are you doing this weekend?
Qu'est-ce que tu fais ce week-end ?
Sam : I'm playing football on Saturday morning, and I'm visiting my grandma on Sunday.
Kate : And on Saturday afternoon? We're going to the cinema. The film starts at three.
Et samedi après-midi ? On va au cinéma. Le film commence à quinze heures.
Sam : Great, I'll come with you!
Super, je viens avec vous !
