En anglais, « je suis né » se dit au prétérit : I was born (et you / we / they were born). Prépositions : in + année ou ville, on + date précise.

Teacher : Who was William Shakespeare?
Qui était William Shakespeare ?
Hugo : He was an English writer. He was born in 1564.
C'était un écrivain anglais. Il est né en 1564.
Teacher : Where was he born?
Où est-il né ?
Hugo : He was born in Stratford-upon-Avon, and he died in 1616.
Il est né à Stratford-upon-Avon, et il est mort en 1616.
Teacher : Very good! And where were you born, Hugo?
Très bien ! Et toi, Hugo, où es-tu né ?
Hugo : I was born in Marseille, on 12th June 2014.
