Exemples : Brooklyn (New York), Hackney ou Shoreditch (Londres).

Mise en situation : dans le quartier

Mia : Hackney has changed so much! Look at all these trendy cafés.
Hackney a tellement changé ! Regarde tous ces cafés branchés.
Mr Brown : Yes, but I've lived here for forty years and I can't afford my rent anymore.
Mia : That's terrible. Are you going to move?
C'est terrible. Vous allez déménager ?
Mr Brown : I have to. We're being priced out. The old shops are closing too.
Je n'ai pas le choix. On est chassés par les prix. Les vieux commerces ferment aussi.
Mia : So the neighbourhood is safer and nicer, but it's losing its sense of community.
