It would be better to protect living species.

Teacher : Should we bring back extinct species like the woolly mammoth?
Lucas : I think it would be amazing for science. We could learn so much!
On pourrait apprendre tellement !
Clara : But it raises ethical questions. Where would these animals live? Their world doesn't exist anymore.
Mais ça pose des questions éthiques. Où vivraient ces animaux ? Leur monde n'existe plus.
Lucas : And what about dinosaurs, like in the films?
Et les dinosaures, comme dans les films ?
Teacher : Impossible: DNA doesn't survive for 66 million years.
Clara : In my opinion, it would be better to spend the money protecting species that are still alive.
