Tidy (rangé) ≠ messy (en désordre). Pick up = ramasser par terre, put away = remettre à sa place. Très utile... pour obéir à ses parents !

Mise en situation : la chambre en désordre

Mum : Jack! Your room is so messy! Tidy your room, please.
Jack ! Ta chambre est tellement en désordre ! Range ta chambre, s'il te plaît.
Jack : Oh, Mum! Now?
Oh, maman ! Maintenant ?
Mum : Yes, now! Pick up your clothes and put them in the wardrobe.
Oui, maintenant ! Ramasse tes vêtements et mets-les dans l'armoire.
Jack : And my toys?
Et mes jouets ?
Mum : Put them away in the box. And what's under the bed?
Range-les dans la boîte. Et qu'est-ce qu'il y a sous le lit ?
Jack : Er... my old sandwich!
Euh... mon vieux sandwich !
