Pour argumenter : On the one hand... on the other hand, Not only... but also, However, Whereas.

Mise en situation : le débat

Mia : My cousin is a digital nomad. She works remotely from Bali, Lisbon, Mexico... It sounds like a dream!
Ma cousine est nomade numérique. Elle travaille à distance depuis Bali, Lisbonne, Mexico... Ça a l'air d'un rêve !
Tom : On the one hand, it's freedom. On the other hand, isn't it lonely?
Mia : Sometimes. She says she works in co-working spaces to meet people.
Parfois.
Tom : There's another problem. In some cities, rents have gone up because of all the newcomers.
Mia : That's true. Not only does it affect housing, but it also changes neighbourhoods.
Tom : So it's a great lifestyle, as long as you respect the local community.
