Bigger than, smaller than : comparer (CM2)

Pour comparer avec un adjectif court : adjectif + -er + than. Exception : good → better.

Mise en situation : qui est le plus grand ?

Max : I'm taller than you!
Je suis plus grand que toi !
Jade : Yes, but I'm older than you!
Oui, mais je suis plus âgée que toi !
Max : My dog is bigger than your dog.
Mon chien est plus gros que ton chien.
Jade : But my cat is faster!
Mais mon chat est plus rapide !

À retenir

  • adjectif court + -er + than : taller than.
  • big → bigger ; good → better.
